Instant Input is a flexible platform that includes custom surveys, events announcements, timelines, documents and updates that project owners can post on-demand. The platform also includes customizable project owner profile pages.
Instant Input follows digital security best practices including data encryption, strong passwords, the use of an SSL certificate, regular software updates, and backups. Instant Input limits access to data based on user roles, permissions and authentication.
Members of the public can anonymously browse projects on the platform and voluntarily may elect to provide personally identifiable information to Instant Input and project owners. Instant Input does not otherwise share personal information.
The cost of Instant Input to project owners varies depending on the package and features selected by the project owner. All Instant Input premium plans allow project owners to post unlimited projects within their ownership per contract terms.
Instant Input measures and provides reporting to project owners pertaining to public engagement with projects on our platform. This includes data such as user-volunteered geographic location, project views, survey responses, and comments.
